Being unconsciously incompetent - you've stumbled along and before you know it you've achieved some great things - you don't know how you did it but you did - reflecting on what happened is part of the process and this is what my guest on this episode did.
My guest today is Jerome Myers from Dreamcatchers and Myers Methods. Jerome is a property investor and coach and is a self confessed corporate America dropout.
He was an experienced engineer and ran a successful and profitable division of a multi million dollar business on the east coast of the US. Things were going well, he was earning good money, but one day, despite running a profit he realised some major decisions were being made for him that didn’t sit right. He knew it was wrong and my take from the conversation is that everything happens for a reason. If Jerome’s bosses hadn’t acted in the way they did he wouldn’t be a successful property investor and in charge of his own destiny.
Jerome is a guy who seized the day and took an opportunity to make a difference to his family and be a person who inspires others to change their life in beautiful ways.
So this is me and Jerome Myers talking about learning to be flexible, being optimistic and always learning.
But ultimately this podcast is all about an inspiring man who loves to unlock the potential of those around him with the keys to happiness and success so they can catch their dreams, not chase them!
